Employee resource groups at Kemira
Our employee resource groups (ERGs) are communities supporting and amplifying employee voices at Kemira. ERGs are voluntary groups organized and formed by employees on the basis of shared identity or experience. We currently have two ERGs, with more to come.
KemPride Employee Network
Our KemPride Employee Network fosters an equitable, safe and supportive business environment for our lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees and their allies. It provides opportunities for all LGBTIQ+ employees and allies at Kemira to connect with others and make a difference within our company. The KemPride Employee Network organizes regular meetings, virtual and in-person events, trainings and learning opportunities for members of the network as well as for all Kemira employees.
Women’s Network
Our Women’s Network is focused on building a stronger and more inclusive organization with a greater range of perspectives in the male-dominated chemical industry, and on attracting and retaining our exceptional female talent. The Women’s Network hosts a highly successful annual 1-day FemPower forum that focuses on inspiring (our) women to recognize opportunities, take actions in pursuing their dreams & creating a more inclusive working environment. The Network also drives a valuable mentoring program, holds regular meetings and hosts trainings and learning opportunities.
