Launched and managed by Kemira APAC HR, the scholarship program is awarded to dependents of employees who have performed well at the Yanzhou site and who are top undergraduate students at university or vocational college. Employees who have worked continuously for Kemira for 36 months are eligible for this program. It is the first program of this type in China for Kemira.

“We are glad to announce our first recipient of the scholarship in China,” Annie Tang, Senior HR Manager, APAC said at the event. “With this program, we aim to encourage and support the higher education of our employees’ children and live up to our corporate values.”

“We are committed to cultivating local talent,” Joe Chan added. “In addition to our external programs in support of college students in the community, this is an initiative focusing on our own employees. It is our intention to further develop the program and encourage more employees to benefit from it in the future.”
