Kemira wins Silver Dolphin Trophy at Cannes Corporate Media and TV Awards

Kemira’s “Some bonds are naturally stronger” video was awarded with a Silver Dolphin at Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards. The award was accepted by Johanna Juuti from Kemira (in the middle) and Karl-Johan Ekbom from Hilanders (on the right).

The 6th Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards was organized at Palm Beach in Cannes, France on October 15, 2015. The annual event honors the world’s finest corporate films, online media and TV documentaries that compete for the coveted Dolphin Trophies: Gold, Silver, Black and White Dolphin – the Grand Prix. 

The international competition received a record number of 772 entries out of which a total of 152 productions were awarded with Dolphin Trophies. Kemira participated in the main group category “Online Media – Corporate Videos” with “Some bonds are naturally stronger” campaign video that was launched in May 2015 as part of the global marketing campaign of Kemira Pulp & Paper.

The campaign video was created to promote the strengths of the AkzoNobel paper chemicals acquisition to our existing customers and prospects”, says Johanna Juuti, Marketing Communications Manager, Pulp & Paper. “I’m very happy we succeeded to create a campaign that not only fulfilled our communication goals but also won the Silver Dolphin Trophy for its creativity in a high quality international competition as Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards.

Kemira’s winning video and the marketing campaign were created in close cooperation with Hilanders advertising agency and Kemira team.
