Kemira Oyj is investigating ownership alternatives for its subsidiary Galvatek. Galvatek is specialized in planning and supplying of surface treatment plants, industrial water treatment plants and maintenance services. Galvatek, with a staff of 33 and headquartered in Lahti in Finland, posted revenue of around EUR 16 million in 2007 and runs two subsidiaries, one in Sweden and one in Poland.
